Mathea also runs the Martha’s Vineyard Public Charter School’s High School Writing Lab and has taught creative writing for more than 10 years on Martha’s Vineyard and in Boston. Mathea&#39;s freelance work has been published in online and print magazines such as Trace Magazine and Inshop.com. She has a BA in English from New York University. Mathea lives in Chilmark with her three daughters and husband, painter Chioke R. Morais.
