Dramatic Story of Survival is the 2013 'One City, One Book' 2013 Selection
'Unbroken,' a World War II story of survival, resilience and redemption, by Laura Hillenbrand, is this year's selection.

I am an award-winning content editor, writer, journalist, and author with more than 15 years experience in writing for popular online news/feature sites. I began my career with Patch as the editor for the Agoura Hills, Calabasas, and Moorpark sites. More recently, I was the editor for Maria Shriver's Sunday Paper newsletter.
I am also a 15-year veteran of the motion picture industry, having headed the production publicity units on major Hollywood studio movies. Some of my films include "The Fugitive," "My Cousin Vinny," and "Ed Wood." More recently I wrote the press kits for the "IT," "The Karate Kid," and "Pacific Rim."
I hail from New York and graduated from New York University with a B.A. degree. I am the proud mother of Jacob and Mia Rose.
