Cops: Lansdale Man Fires Gun at Party, Bullet Hits Neighbor's Door

Gordon Richard Arthur, 57, of the 300 block of York Avenue, is charged with misdemeanor reckless endangerment after allegedly accidentally firing a Glock 9mm from his dining room. The bullet shattered the glass door of his neighbor's home.

Incumbents Sobel, Dunigan Ousted in GOP Primary

It was an upset for the Republican incumbents Sobel in Ward Two and and Dunigan in Ward Three in the Lansdale Borough Council Primary. Tom Work beat out Sobel, and Peter Schmitt and Walter Brown III were able to clinch the nominations for the two seats.
