Earlier this morning in Third District Court the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office filed charges against Mr. Buk Buk. The Charges are as follows:

Count 1- Criminal Homicide, Aggravated Murder: First Degree Felony

Count 2- Attempted Criminal Homicide, Aggravated Murder: First Degree Felony

Count 3- Purchase, Transfer, Possession or use of a Firearm by Restricted Person: Second Degree Felony

Count 4- Obstructing Justice: Second Degree Felony

We would like to commend the diligent work of the SLCPD Homicide team and that of our prosecutors who continue to work the case.

These are allegations, Mr. Buk Buk remains innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
