Here are the top three stories today in Burlington:

The plan was outlined during a press conference on the Downtown Safety and Activation Plan by Mayor Weinberger and acting Police Chief Jon Murad. (Vermont Cynic)
- The Champlain Housing Trust and Evernorth are seeking construction management proposals for a new Burlington development project. The proposal submissions will be for the new construction of 38 multi-family units with additional commercial space. Proposals will be due by Jul. 6. (Seven Days)
