15 Child Porn Charges Levied Against Annandale Man: Police

ANNANDALE, VA — A 31-year-old Annandale man faces more than a dozen criminal charges after investigators found electronic evidence of child pornography on devices he owned.

Acting on a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, detectives from the Fairfax County Police Department’s Child Exploitation Unit opened an investigation on Nov. 28. The tip said that Danh Nguyen of Annandale had distributed child pornography, according to police.

After searching Nguyen’s devices, investigators charged him with 15 counts of possession of child pornography, according to the incident report. He was then taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he was held without bond.

He has a hearing scheduled for Jan. 22, 2025, in Fairfax County General District Court, according to court documents.
