Annandale Massage Therapist Charged With Sex Crimes: Police
Kyung Pil Chang, 55, is accused of sexually assaulting a patient and practicing as an unlicensed masseuse, Fairfax County police said.

ANNANDALE, VA — A massage therapist in Annandale is facing federal charges following accusations he sexually assaulted a patient, the Fairfax County Police Department said.
According to police, on Jan. 25, the victim sought treatment at the Annandale Gerontology Clinic at 4216 Evergreen Lane in suite 121.
During the massage, police said Kyung Pil Chang, 55, of Haymarket who is an unlicensed masseuse, unlawfully fondled the victim’s breasts and "digitally penetrated her private area."

The victim was able to stop the assault, left the business and reported the incident, police said.
Detectives obtained three warrants of aggravated sexual battery, one warrant for object sexual penetration, and practicing as an unlicensed masseuse Thursday.

Police said Chang turned himself into the Fairfax County jail the next day. He was held without bond.
Through their investigation, detectives said they learned Chang was contracted for several other businesses in Fairfax County. They are continuing to investigate in an attempt to identify other potential locations.

Police said victim specialists from the police department's victim services division have been assigned to ensure that the identified victim receives appropriate resources and assistance.
