Annandale Shooting: 4 Women Injured, 2 Shot During Fight Outside Home: Police
Police say four people were injured Tuesday in a shooting that took place on Davian Drive near Medford Drive in Annandale.
FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA (UPDATE 9:05 p.m.) -- Fairfax County Police say that four women were injured, and two of them were shot, Tuesday night during a fight outside a home in Annandale.
Officers responded at about 5:16 p.m. to the 7500 block of Davian Drive, where two women, ages 19 and 20, were shot, police said. They were found a short distance away from the home and were taken to a local hospital.
Their injuries were determined to be non-life-threatening and both are currently in stable condition, police said.

A teenage girl was also injured during the fight, according to police, and taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. A fourth woman suffered from a medical emergency and was also treated for a non-life-threatening condition, police said.
Police have not released any information regarding charges faced by those involved in the shootings.

All parties were accounted for and Major Crimes and Crime Scene detectives responded, police said. Detectives collected a gun and police said they do not believe there is any threat to public safety. The investigation is ongoing and police didn't provide any more details.

Police said that all parties are known to each other and that there is no threat to the public.
The location of the shooting is in a neighborhood that appears to be about two blocks from Annandale High School.
Neighbors heard two shots fired, according to a report by ABC-7, which also reports that two of the three women were shot.
