Man Faces Charges of DUI, Trespassing, Destruction of Property in Annandale: Police

Police say they were called Wednesday to a convenience store in Annandale after a man who was trespassed from the store showed up.

ANNANDALE, VA -- Fairfax County Police say a man is facing charges after he showed up at a 7-Eleven store in Annandale after he trespassed on the property (he was banned from the store for previous incidents there, according to police).

Officers responded Wednesday at about 8 p.m. after they were called to the store located at 7800 block of Rectory Lane. When the suspect was arrested, he damaged county property, according to police (police didn't say what property was damaged).

Santos Raul Valladares, 28, of no fixed address, was taken to the adult detention center and charged with destruction of property, trespassing and drunk in public, according to police.
