Recognize These Suspects? Police Seek Man, Woman Who Stole Purse in Annandale, Used Credit Card: Police

A man and woman stole a purse in Annandale containing a large amount of cash and several credit cards, according to police.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- Detectives at Franconia District Police Station are investigating a case of grand larceny and credit card theft, Fairfax County Police announced Monday morning. Police say on Thursday, Dec. 22, a man and woman went into a gift store in the 4400 block of John Marr Drive in Annandale, where they took a purse containing a large amount of cash and several credit cards.

One of the credit cards was used a short time later at a gas station in Alexandria, according to police. Images are pictured above and surveillance video will be uploaded once it's retrieved, police said.

The male suspect is described as black, approximately 50 years old and around 5 feet 9 inches tall. The female suspect is black, approximately 30 years old and around 5 feet 6 inches. If you recognize these suspects, police ask that you contact Detective Matt Bestick at (703) 922-0894.
