14 Injured After Car Plows Into Arlington Restaurant: Police
Eight people were taken to local hospitals after a car crashed into Ireland's Four Courts restaurant and started a fire late Friday.

ARLINGTON, VA — At least 14 people were injured, including eight who were taken to hospitals, when a car crashed into an Arlington restaurant and started a fire Friday evening, according to police.
The crash and fire occurred at Ireland's Four Courts on Wilson Boulevard, Arlington police said.
Four of the hospitalized victims are in critical condition, and the other four had non-life-threatening injuries. Six people were treated and released near the crash, authorities said.

The crash caused a structure fire, which was extinguished. The building was determined to be structurally sound but could not be reoccupied.
It is not clear what led to the crash, but the Arlington Police Department and Arlington Fire Department are investigating the incident.

Flames can be seen billowing from the restaurant in a video posted by a Twitter user.
"Windows were broken and people were laying on the ground outside," the user said in the tweet.
Witnesses told WTOP the crash "sounded like an explosion" and that the flames reached 12 to 15 feet in height.
