Officers started chasing the sedan and eventually took the two women into custody after their vehicle experienced a flat tire and came to a stop on northbound Interstate 395 in the area of Washington Boulevard, police said.

All lanes on northbound lanes on I-395 were closed for nearly two hours Saturday afternoon as police took the suspects into custody and removed their vehicle. One of the women was evaluated on scene for minor injuries and did not require to be taken to a hospital.
