ARLINGTON, VA — To mark National Banana Spilt Day on Friday, Amazon teamed up with Toby’s Homemade Ice Cream and the Museum of Contemporary Art in Arlington.

Not only did attendees enjoy free sweet treats from Toby's, they listened to live music as they played crafts and games from MoCA.

"Banana Split Day is a legacy event that was started at Amazon’s HQ1 as part of free community events with the company’s iconic banana stand," Amazon said, in a release. "This is the third year that Amazon has hosted this event in Arlington. Amazon is proud to call Arlington home and to be a good neighbor by providing free events for neighbors and the local community, in partnership with the local HQ2 businesses at Metropolitan Park."
