Amazon HQ2 Employees Must Work In Office 5-Days A Week: Report
All employees at Amazon's headquarters in Seattle and Arlington will be expected to work 5 days a week in the office, according to reports.

ARLINGTON, VA — Employees of Amazon's headquarters in Arlington will be expected to return to the office full-time in 2025, according to reports.
On Monday, Amazon CEO Andy Jassy released an updated office policy that all of the company's employees at its corporate offices in Seattle and Arlington would be expected to work in the office five days a week beginning Jan. 2, 2025, according to Bisnow.
In the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, the company announced in February 2023 that employees needed to work at least three days in the office, Bisnow reports. Jassy's new policy is an extension of that decision.

“We've decided that we’re going to return to being in the office the way we were before the onset of COVID,” Jassy said, in a release reported by Bisnow. “When we look back over the last five years, we continue to believe that the advantages of being together in the office are significant.”
