Arlington Police Investigate Homicide In Buckingham Apartment
Police are investigating a homicide inside an apartment in Arlington's Buckingham neighborhood, where the victim suffered upper-body trauma.

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County police are investigating a homicide inside an apartment in the county’s Buckingham neighborhood, where the victim suffered upper-body trauma.
At about 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Arlington’s police and fire departments were dispatched to the 100 block of N. Thomas Street. When they arrived, the officials learned that a maintenance worker had found an unresponsive man inside the apartment. Medics pronounced the man dead at the scene, police said.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine cause and manner of death, police said. Police are waiting to identify the man until his next of kin has been notified.

According to ARLnow, the last homicide in Arlington was reported in February 2022.
