Arlington Woman Urinates On Officer During Arrest: Police

ARLINGTON, VA — An Arlington woman was arrested after she allegedly urinated on a cop's foot while she was being transported to booking for a drunk in public charge Monday.

Elena Bolonina, 42, was arrested for Public Drunkenness inside a business in the 3400 block of Washington Blvd. at about 3:13 p.m. Monday. Medics transported Bolonina to the Virginia Hospital Center.

While at the hospital, Bolonina allegedly became combative and kicked and spit at officers. She also urinated on an officer's foot while she was transported to booking, police said.

Bolonina was arrested and charged with Assault and Battery on Law Enforcement, Identity Theft, Urinating in Public, Obstruction of Justice and Public Drunkenness.
