ARLINGTON, VA — Cut Seven, a boutique fitness studio, officially opened its flagship studio on Thursday in the Clarendon neighborhood of Arlington.

After a series of construction delays, the 5,000-square foot space, at 3101 Wilson Blvd across from the Clarendon Metro station, is now open. The new studio has indoor and outdoor space, as well as a cold plunge, sauna and recovery area.

As part of the grand opening of Cut Seven's Arlington location, classes will be free through Sunday, Dec. 24. The studio will also be open between Christmas and New Year’s.

The Arlington location is Cut Seven's first in Virginia. The studio opened its first location in the Logan Circle neighborhood of D.C. in 2016, followed by its Swann St/14th St location in D.C., which opened during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Swann St/14th St location is an indoor/outdoor space that can be adjusted based on the weather. During COVID-19, Cut Seven also operated in various parks around D.C. in order to provide people with a safe workout.

Owners Chris and Alex Perrin began the Cut Seven concept years ago in Arlington by holding classes outside, cultivating a steady following. The new location at 3101 Wilson Blvd "is their dream studio and has been years in the making," Cut Seven said.

Cut Seven's Arlington location also features a lobby fully-stocked with apparel and beverages. Athletes have access to SkiErgs, assault bikes, TRX, sleds, battle ropes, kettlebells, and other equipment throughout their workout.

Athletes can spend their day coworking with fellow teammates, or — for athletes on-the-go — take advantage of showers and towel service.

Along with Cut Seven's location near the Clarendon Metro, there is plenty of garage and street parking in the area.
