ARLINGTON, VA — Looking for a last-minute holiday gift for the coffee lover in your life and a way to help Arlington County firefighters?

All through December, Fire Department Coffee, a veteran-owned coffee retailer, is hosting a fundraising initiative for the Arlington County L2800 Benevolent Fund, which benefits Arlington County Fire Department personnel.

For every Fire Department Shirt Club order, FDC will donate $5 directly to the Arlington County L2800 Benevolent Fund. In addition, $2 is contributed to the benevolent fund for every FDC Coffee Club purchase.

“These contributions go towards supporting the health and well-being of Arlington area firefighters,” according to an FDC release.

On average, the Fire Department Charitable Foundations contributes more than $8,000 every month to support fire departments.
