Conversation In Arlington Business Interrupted By Attack: Police
Two people were talking in an Arlington business when a third individual interrupted them with a bottle attack, police say.

ARLINGTON, VA — Two people were having a conversation inside an Arlington business when they were suddenly interrupted by a man who attacked one of them with a bottle, police say.
Police were called to the 4800 block of Columbia Pike at around 6:22 p.m. on July 24 to a report of an assault, according to a report from the Arlington County Police Department.
"[T]he victim was attempting to speak with another patron at a business when an unknown suspect him in the head with a bottle, causing a laceration," the report states. "The suspect fled in a vehicle prior to police arrival."

The victim was taken to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
Police described the suspect as a Hispanic man.
