ARLINGTON, VA — A man faces multiple charges after police say he caused a disturbance while behaving disorderly at an apartment complex in Arlington.

Police were called to the 2700 block of S. Adams Street in the area of Avalon at Arlington Square at 12:54 a.m. on July 15 to a report of a trespassing, according to a report from the Arlington County Police Department.

"[A] witness observed the unknown male suspect allegedly acting disorderly and causing a disturbance inside a secure residential building," the report states. "Arriving officers located the male inside the building and took him into custody. While in handcuffs, he continued to act disorderly and refused to identify himself to officers."

Police charged 28-year-old Daniel Moore with unlawful entry, drunk in public, and giving false identity to law enforcement while detained.
