Fire Works Pizzeria To Host Inova Bloodmobile In Arlington

ARLINGTON, VA — Fire Works American Pizzeria and Bar and Inova Blood Donor Services are partnering on a holiday blood drive in the Courthouse area of Arlington.

An Inova Blood Donor Services Bloodmobile will be parked in front of Fire Works, near Clarendon Boulevard and North Adams Street, on Monday, Dec. 19 from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Blood donations to Inova Blood Donor Services are needed due to shortages of blood products for patients across Arlington and surrounding communities in Northern Virginia.

The public can visit the Inova Blood Donor Services website to schedule an appointment to donate blood at the bloodmobile outside Fire Works on Dec. 19, or call 1-866-BLOODSAVES (1-866-256-6372) and use Sponsor Code 8629. The public should allow for one hour to donate blood and should wear a face covering. Blood donors will receive $5 off any menu item from Fire Works Pizza.
