Van Leeuwen Ice Cream started out of an ice cream truck in New York City in 2008. The brand focuses on using simple ingredients — milk, cream, eggs, and cane sugar for its regular ice cream and coconuts, cashews and oats for its vegan offerings.
The new scoop shop will offer 30 of the brand’s signature flavors, including a robust selection of vegan options such as Banana Bread Pudding with Fudge Swirls and Peanut Butter Brownie Honeycomb. Customers can level-up their scoops with a variety of toppings, including Rainbow Sprinkles, Hot Fudge and Whipped Cream to Wild Cherries, Strawberries, Crushed Cone Pieces, Hazelnut Crunch Sauce, Peanut Butter Sauce, and Pistachio Cream.
