Heavy Traffic Following Nine-Car Wreck On Jefferson Davis Highway

Expect heavy traffic on southbound Jefferson Davis Highway following a crash that involved at least nine cars, an Arlington County Police spokeswoman told Patch.

The crash happened at about 2 p.m. at 23rd street and involved at least nine cars, the spokeswoman said. Some sustained injuries, but “nothing serious,” she said.

The road was temporarily closed but is back open.
