Indecent Exposure, Assault Charges Filed Against Arlington Man: Police
A 60-year-old Arlington man who police say exposed himself and committed assault and battery on Sunday has been arrested.

ARLINGTON, VA — A 60-year-old man faces multiple charges after he exposed himself to two people and tried to force his way into a residence in the Columbia Forest area on Saturday, according to Arlington County Police.
Officers responded around 3:04 p.m. for a disorderly conduct report in the 1000 block of South Frederick Street. They said Santos Moran of Arlington had caused damage to the inside of a residential building and tried to force his way into a residence, according to police.
Moran approached the two victims outside the building and exposed himself before damaging a vehicle in the parking lot, police say.

The officers that responded to the initial report tried to take Moran into custody, but he resisted, according to police. They were only able to restrain him with the help of other officers who responded to the scene.
Moran is charged with indecent exposure, destruction of property, obstruction of justice, and attempted burglary. He also faces two assault and battery charges, according to the incident report. He was held without bond.

Moran has a hearing scheduled for Tuesday in Arlington General District Court to face the indecent exposure, destruction of property, obstruction of justice, and attempted burglary charges. He also is scheduled to appear Tuesday in Arlington Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court for the two assault and battery charges, according to court records.
