Jeni's In Shirlington Reschedules Grand Opening Ice Cream Celebration

ARLINGTON, VA — Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams is holding a rescheduled grand opening celebration at its new shop in Arlington on Tuesday, March 21.

The new shop, at 4150 Campbell Avenue in Shirlington, will be Jeni’s seventh location in the D.C. area. The celebration will take place from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. on March 21.

The grand opening celebration was originally scheduled for March 8 but had to be pushed back.

The first 50 people in line will get free scoops of ice cream and swag bags.

Jeni's ice cream flavors such as Brown Butter Almond Brittle and Gooey Butter Cake are already sold by the pint in Arlington and across the D.C. area at Harris Teeter and Safeway stores. In Virginia, Jeni's other shops are in Old Town Alexandria and McLean.
