Largest Outdoor Ice Rink In NoVA To Open For 2025-2026 Season
It's time to sharpen your skates and bundle up for the opening of Northern Virginia's largest outdoor ice rink.

ARLINGTON, VA — The largest outdoor ice rink in Northern Virginia is slated to open at Westpost in Arlington on Friday for the 2025-2026 winter season.
The 7,200-square-foot ice rink features an outdoor dual-sided stone fireplace for lounging during skating breaks.
Reservations are highly recommended and are open two weeks in advance Admission tickets are valid for up to 2 hours of skating. Skaters shold arrive within 10 minutes of their reservation.

Online admission prices are $11 (12 and under), $12 (13 and older) and $11 (seniors). Walk-up admission prices are $12 (12 and under), $13 (13 and older) and $11 (seniors). Skate rentals are $6.
The rink is open every day until mid-March, Sunday and Monday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Tuesday - Thursday, 12 noon to 10 p.m.; Friday, 12 noon to 11 p.m.; and Saturday, 10 a.m.-11 p.m.

- Thanksgiving Day: 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Christmas Eve: 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Christmas Day: 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Dec. 26-30: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- New Year's Eve: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- New Year's Day: 10 a.m. – 11 p.m.
- Public School Holidays: 10 a.m. – 11 p.m.
