Masked Man Wanted For Indecent Exposure In Rosslyn

ARLINGTON, VA — Police are searching for a man involved in an indecent exposure incident that took place in the Court House/Rosslyn area Tuesday night.

A woman was walking on Wilson Boulevard when she saw a masked man who was laying across the hood of a car and masturbating, police said. The woman then screamed and the suspect fled on foot, police told Patch. Officers canvased the area with negative results.

The incident took place in the 1900 block of Wilson Blvd. at about 9:45 p.m., police said.

Police describe the suspect as a male with light skin. He was last seen wearing light brown pants, black shoes, a black sweater and a black mask.
