Massive New Development Coming To Rosslyn: Report
A huge development reportedly will replace the Holiday Inn in Rosslyn.

ARLINGTON, VA — Renderings have been released for a huge new development slated to go where a Holiday Inn is currently located in Rosslyn, according to a report.
Urban Turf reports that the Arlington County Planning Commission's Site Plan Review Committee held a hearing last week on the proposed development, which would be situated at 1900 N. Fort Myer Drive.
The building would be a combined residential, hotel, and conference center that would also have retail and restaurant space. The centerpiece of the project would be a 38-story tower with a 344-room, four-star hotel.
