More Victims Sought In Arlington Indecent Exposure Case: Police
A Fredericksburg man was arrested recently in connection to a 2024 indecent exposure case that occurred in Arlington, police say.

ARLINGTON, VA — A Fredericksburg man was arrested Jan. 29 as part of a months-long investigation into indecent exposure incidents in Arlington County, and police fear there may be more victims.
Arlington County Police dispatched officers to the 28th Street South and Sout Meade Street area around 9:09 a.m. on Nov. 18, for an indecent exposure report. The victim told officers that when she was walking in the area around 8 a.m., she saw a man in a vehicle exposing himself before he drove away.
Detectives identified 47-year-old Emmaneuel Bethea of Fredericksburg as a suspect in the case. After obtaining a warrant for Bethea’s arrest, officers located him on Jan. 29 in the area of South Eads Street and 13th Street South and took him into custody.

He faces one charge of public masturbation, a police news release said.
Investigators believe there may be other victims in this case.
