New Nonstop Flights Enable Fans To Watch UVA Take On Notre Dame
United is adding special nonstop flights from Reagan National Airport, so college football fans can watch their favorite teams play.

ARLINGTON, VA — United Airlines will be offering special nonstop flights from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport to see some of the biggest football games this college season.
This means University of Virginia fans can travel directly to South Bend, Indiana to see the Hoos take on the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame.

- United Flight 2016 departs DCA at 5 p.m. ET on Friday, Nov. 15 and arrives at SBN at 6:57 p.m. ET
- United Flight 1704 departs SBN at 12:10 p.m. ET on Sunday, Nov. 17 and arrives tat DCA at 1:53 p.m.
“Connecting travelers to the moments that matter most to them is at the core of what we do at United,” said Patrick Quayle, United’s senior vice president of Global Network Planning and Alliances. “We know fans will appreciate this year’s special football schedule that will make it easier to cheer on their teams on the road.”
Not only will United be adding 20 nonstop flights, it will be flying bigger planes on 115 flights to some of college football's biggest games this season. A full list of the games where United will bee adding flights can be found online.
