Rosa Mexicano Brings 'Elevated Fiesta' To Arlington's Fashion Centre
Rosa Mexicano opened its restaurant doors at Fashion Centre at Pentagon City on Monday, bringing its Mexican cuisine to Northern Virginia.
ARLINGTON, VA — Rosa Mexicano opened its restaurant doors at Fashion Centre at Pentagon City on Monday, bringing its Mexican cuisine to Northern Virginia.
The restaurant will offer guests signature menu items like table side guacamole preparation, margaritas that were named best in New York City and a creative cocktail program.
The Pentagon City restaurant is Rosa Mexicano’s second location in the D.C. area. The restaurant also has locations in New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Connecticut.

“We are excited to finally bring our elevated fiesta to the dynamic options at The Fashion Centre at Pentagon City. We love the D.C. area, and with an existing location in National Harbor, Maryland, we at Rosa Mexicano are excited to continue our growth in such a strong market,” company CEO Jim Dunn said in a statement Monday.
The 4,200-square-foot restaurant features a large outdoor patio, a bar, and an open dining area with seating areas for about 200 guests. In addition, the restaurant will have a private dining room for events.

The menu offers classics and innovative dishes that pay tribute to Mexico's richly varied culinary regions. Along with its table side guacamole and signature taco plates, the restaurant has a beverage program that boasts over 100 varieties of tequila and agave-based spirits, signature frozen pomegranate margaritas and other cocktails.
“Rosa Mexicano adds yet another elevated dimension to our diverse portfolio of offerings at Fashion Centre,” said Fashion Centre General Manager Wes Mehr. “We are thrilled to bring a little taste of Mexico to Arlington to further expand our community’s evolving eat, work and play amenities.”
