Stabbing At Crystal City McDonald's: Police

ARLINGTON, VA -- A stabbing in the parking lot of the McDonald's in Crystal City has resulted in one arrest and one hospitalization, police say.

Police were called to the 2600 block of Jefferson Davis Highway to a report of a stabbing, Arlington County Police tweeted Wednesday morning.

"Preliminary information: suspect was engaged in a verbal dispute with the victim when he produced a knife and struck the victim," police said. "Victim suffered non-life threatening injury and was transported to an area hospital. Suspect is in police custody. Police remain on scene investigating."
