Theft Of AirPods Reported Tuesday Night In Green Valley
Arlington County Police are trying to identify a suspect wanted in connection to the theft of AirPods Tuesday night in Green Valley.
ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection to a robbery that occurred Tuesday night in the Green Valley area.
Officers responded around 9:35 p.m. for the report of a suspicious person in the 4000 block of S. Four Mile Run Drive.
A preliminary investigation determined that a man approached the victim, with whom the suspect struck up a conversation. He then pushed the victim, grabbed the victim’s Airpod and ran off, according to police.

After a lookout was broadcast, the officers searched the area but failed to locate the suspect.
Police described the suspect as a heavy-set Black man, who was bald and about 40-50 years in age. He was wearing black joggers.
