Vehicle Mirror Thrown Through Apartment Window In Arlington: Police
Arlington police are looking for a suspect who on Thursday night threw a side-view mirror from a vehicle through the window of a residence.
ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police are looking for a suspect who on Thursday night threw a side-view mirror from a vehicle through a window of a residence at an apartment complex on Columbia Pike.
At about 10:45 p.m. Thursday, police responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 1100 block of S. Quincy Street.
The victims, who live in an apartment in the 3800 block of Columbia Pike, told police that they heard a loud noise and saw that the window to their residence had been broken. They found out later that a window to their vehicle also had been shattered, the Arlington County Police Department said.

Police learned that the mirror thrown through the apartment window had been removed from of a vehicle parked in the 3700 block of 12th Street South.
Vandalism was also reported inside the common area to the apartment building, police said.

The suspect is described as a white male, about 20 years old, wearing a sweatshirt, light-colored sweatpants and carrying a light-colored backpack, according to police.
