Weapon Pulled Out During Dispute In Arlington, Man Arrested: Police
Saul Leal, 34, of Arlington has been charged with assault and battery, according to the Arlington County Police Department.
ARLINGTON, VA — A man is facing charges following accusations he pulled out a weapon during an argument with someone, according to the Arlington County Police Department.
Saul Leal, 34, of Arlington has been charged with assault and battery.
On Thursday around 1 p.m., a plainclothes officer was in the 2400 block of Washington Boulevard when he said he saw Leal pull out a weapon during a dispute with another person. Police didn't say if that weapon was a gun, knife, etc.

Additional officers responded to the area and located Leal who refused to comply with the offices’ commands and fled the scene on foot, police said.
Officers said they canvassed the area and located Leal in the unit block of North Bedford Street and took him into custody.

During the course of the investigation, police said they recovered a knife.
