Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants to Open; Creates Over 200 Jobs

Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants, winner of accolades such as ‘Breakout Brand’ and ‘Hot Concept’ by Nation’s Restaurant News announced that their newest branch will open doors in Ashburn this winter.

The restaurant, which is the second location in Virginia, will be located in Belmont Chase Shopping Center and feature a unique combination of restaurant, winery, Napa-style tasting room, and artisanal retail market.

“We have felt so welcomed from the state of Virginia since we opened our Richmond location last year. We are thrilled to continue to grow our community out east and are searching for team members with a passion for wine, food, and world-class hospitality.” said Tim McEnery, Founder and CEO, in the release.

Cooper’s Hawk is now recruiting for the Ashburn location. The restaurant is hosting a hiring fair on Tuesday, October 13th from 12 p.m. – 6 p.m. and Wednesday, October 14th from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. at the restaurant’s recruitment center, located at 19870 Belmont Chase Drive in Ashburn.
