Generous Contributions Fuel 2025 Staff Appreciation Fund at Ashby Ponds

Ashby Ponds, the Erickson Senior Living community in Ashburn, VA, distributed more than $605,000 to eligible hourly team members through its 2025 Staff Appreciation Fund (SAF).

The SAF, made possible through contributions from generous residents, was distributed during a Staff Appreciation Celebration on Wednesday, December 3. The gifts express residents’ gratitude for the exceptional services team members provide throughout the year to support an engaging, worry-free lifestyle.

This year, Ashby Ponds residents contributed more to the Staff Appreciation Fund than ever before.
