New Dual Korean BBQ, Hot Pot Concept Arrives In Loudoun County
A new Korean BBQ and hot pot restaurant in eastern Loudoun offers customizable food that diners cook at their table.

STERLING, VA — Diners can feast on Korean BBQ and hot pot at the same time at a new concept open in Loudoun County.
K‑Pot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot had its soft opening earlier in November at 47100 Community Plaza, Suite 138 in Sterling. The growing brand has locations in various states, including Northern Virginia locations in Fairfax and Falls Church and more in the works. As the Burn reported, it replaces Running Dish, a short-lived restaurant serving Korean BBQ, hot pot and sushi.
Diners have the choice of all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ, hot pot or both. According to K‑Pot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, diners will have a Korean BBQ grill and a built-in burner for hot pot at their table. With Korean BBQ, diners receive marinated meats like beef brisket, pork belly, and short ribs to grill right at the table.

Hot pot includes choices of savory broths ranging from spicy to mild. Diners will order ingredients like thinly sliced meats, seafood, vegetables and noodles and cook them in their pot. There is a sauce bar with house-made sauces and traditional Korean dishes like kimchi to customize meals.

"Join us for a lively, social, and communal dining experience, perfect for family dinners, friends' gatherings, or a fun date night," the restaurant said in its opening announcement.
