Kimmerley, 51, of Sterling was charged with a 2nd DUI in two years and a hit and run last night, according to Loudoun County's Sheriff's office.Deputies responded to an accident report at the 100 block of E. Meadowland Lane in Sterling on September 28th to find that the suspect vehicle had left the scene. After investigation, Kimmerley was found and charged.

Deputies responded to an accident report at the 100 block of E. Meadowland Lane in Sterling on September 28th to find that the suspect vehicle had left the scene. After investigation, Kimmerley was found and charged.

A Sterling woman hit a car and left the scene, stated police reports.
