Five Things to Know in Chantilly This Weekend
Weekend happenings in the Chantilly area include the Glory Days Grill Bowl and an enormous kids' clothing consignment sale.

1. The Out of Darkness community walk takes place on Saturday at 8:30 a.m. at George Mason University in Fairfax. The walk benefits the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
2. takes place Saturday, at Ellanor C. Lawrence Park. It is the single largest source of fundraising for SYA football and cheerleading. There will be 25 youth football games throughout the day and a silent auction.
3. is hosting on Friday, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The owners will provide a free lunch to all donors, and hold a drawing for a free oil change and flat-screen TV, along with a T-shirt giveaway. Questions? Call 703-263-2474.

4. At 7:30 p.m. Saturday, , Little Giants, at 14141 Parke Long Ct., Chantilly, to benefit the CYA Football 110-pound team. Donations will be collected to support the team. Editor's note, 9/8: Postponed until further notice due to anticipated weather conditions.
5. Fairfax County Mothers of Multiples will at Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Admission is free and over 200 families will sell clothing.
