A 22-year-old man was struck by a Honda Civic as he was walking on North Lynn Street in Rosslyn at approximately 9 p.m. Friday. The pedestrian was transported to the hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries, an Arlington County Police Department press release stated. The driver of the vehicle remained on scene and is aiding police in the investigation. The area of the incident was crowded because of the Rosslyn Outdoor Film Festival.
