Peeping Incident In Courthouse Area Under Investigation: Police

A man reported to Arlington County Police that he saw another man peeping through the window of a Courthouse residence late Thursday night.

COURTHOUSE, VA — Arlington County Police are investigating a peeping incident that occurred late Thursday night in the Courthouse area, according to the daily crime report.

Officers responded around midnight for the report of a peeping in the 2200 block of Fairfax Drive. The person who'd made the report told the officers he was walking to the victim's residence when he saw a man with a cellphone in his hand looking into the victim's window. When the witness confronted the man, the suspect ran away.

Police described the suspect as a 25-30-year-old Black man, standing about 6-foot to 6-foot-2 in height and weighing 180-190 pounds. His black hair was in a buzz cut. At the time of the incident, the suspect was wearing a gray short-sleeve T shirt and baggy, dark-colored shorts.
