Amazon Prime Starts 1-Hour Delivery in Northern Virginia
Service can deliver groceries, office supplies, toys, pet food, etc. within one hour for a flat rate of $7.99 or within two hours for free.
ARLINGTON, VA — Amazon is now offering one-hour delivery to its Amazon Prime members in Northern Virginia, according to a news release from the company.
Although the company does not specify which ZIP codes in Northern Virginia it will deliver to in the announcement, you can check to see if your neighborhood is included by going to the Amazon Prime page.
Amazon Prime members have the choice to either pay $99 per year for the yearly membership or $10.99 per month for the monthly membership. You can also try the service out for free for 30 days.

The service provides one-hour delivery, for a fee of $7.99, on all sorts of items, from groceries and offices supplies to pet food and toys. Two-hour delivery is free.

In the Commonwealth, Prime Now service is also available in Richmond and Virginia Beach.

Prime members can shop on www.primenow.com and can also download the Prime Now app, available on iOS and Android devices.
