Bank Robbery Reported In Alexandria's Arlandria Neighborhood

ALEXANDRIA, VA — A bank robbery has prompted a heavy police presence in the Arlandria neighborhood Thursday, according to Alexandria Police.

The bank robbery was reported in the 3500 block of Mount Vernon Avenue, according to police. Police do not believe a weapon was not involved in the incident. No injuries were reported.

Alexandria Police are investigating on scene. A suspect description was not immediately available.
