Crime in Alexandria, by the Numbers
Here's a snapshot of crimes in Alexandria from Feb. 22 to March 22, from Raids Online.

ALEXANDRIA, VA -- Here's a look at crime statistics from the past four weeks in Alexandria from Feb. 22 to March 22, from Raids Online. Other than occasional short alerts posted on social media, emailed and texted out by police, this is how the City informs residents about crime.
Unlike surrounding jurisdictions, including police departments in Arlington County, Fairfax County, City of Falls Church, Town of Vienna and Fairfax City, the Alexandria Police Department does not publish a daily or weekly crime report with more detailed information about crime.
However, Alexandria residents can get a closer look at what's happening in their neighborhood by visiting Raids Online and finding their neighborhood on the map. Once on the site, residents can get statistics about crimes in their area.
