Del Ray Restaurant Manager Killed In Baltimore County Crash

ALEXANDRIA, VA — Del Ray's Matt & Tony's All Day Kitchen + Bar is mourning the loss of a manager who died in a Baltimore County crash.

Mya Hall was identified as the victim of a fatal single-vehicle crash early Saturday. According to Maryland State Police, a white Honda SUV hit a guardrail at a ramp on eastbound Interstate 70 to eastbound Interstate 695 around 2:35 a.m. Saturday.

The 28-year-old, a resident of Woodlawn, Maryland, was pronounced dead at the scene. There was no immediate word on the cause of the crash.

Matt & Tony's owner Matt Sloane confirmed Hall worked for the restaurant in a GoFundMe fundraiser for her family.

"We are heartbroken after losing a beloved friend, Mya Hall," the fundraiser stated. "A talented manager at Matt and Tony's in Alexandria, she brightened everyone's day with her smile and her sense of humor."

The fundraiser will support Hall's family, including a son, as well as funeral costs.
