Police Reports: Kayak Stolen, Drunk in Public and More

June 30 – An arrest was made related to a liquor law violation at 1:07 a.m. in the 600 block of Four Mile Road.

June 30 – A person reported destruction/damage/vandalism of property at 10:32 a.m. in the 600 block of Four Mile Road.

June 30 – A person reported a larceny/theft from a vehicle at 7:16 p.m. in the 200 block of Lynhaven Drive.

June 29 – A person reported a larceny/theft offense at 10:49 a.m. in the 1200 block of Martha Custis Drive.

June 29 – A person reported a larceny/theft offense at 2:36 p.m. in the 1000 block of West Glebe Road.

June 29 – An incident involving a liquor law violation was reported at 4:32 p.m. in the 1000 block of West Glebe Road. An arrest was made.

June 29 – A robbery occurred and an arrest was made at 6:10 p.m. in the 800 block of West Glebe Road.

June 29 – A person reported a motor vehicle theft at 10:33 p.m. in the 3900 block of Mount Vernon Avenue.

June 29 – A person reported an assault offense at 1:43 p.m. in the 3800 block of Edison Street.

June 28 – A person reported a larceny/theft offense at 7:05 p.m. in the 3800 block of Jefferson Davis Highway.

June 27 – A person reported a larceny/theft offense at 7:41 p.m. in the 3100 block of Jefferson Davis Highway. 

June 26 – A larceny/theft offense was reported at 5:56 a.m. in the 0 block of West Glebe Road.

June 26 – A person reported a fraud offense at 1:49 p.m. in the 2900 block of Landover Street.

June 25 – A person reported unknown suspect(s) stole her kayak from the gated storage area at the condominium where she resides at 10:37 a.m. in the 3300 block of Gunston Road.

June 25 – A person was arrested for drunk in public at 1:15 a.m. in the 3900 block of Mount Vernon Avenue.

June 25 – A person was arrested and charged with illegal possession of alcohol at 1:15 a.m. in the 3900 block of Mount Vernon Avenue.

June 25 – A vehicle was stopped for having only two of three functioning brake lights, and the subjects in the vehicle were charged with having open containers of alcohol in their possession at 11:55 p.m. in the 3900 block of Bruce Street.

June 25 – A person reported their identity had been stolen and used for fraudulent activity at 1:18 p.m. in the 500 block of East Luray Avenue.

June 24 – A person reported a burglary/breaking and entering at 12:50 p.m. in the 0 block of East Cliff Street.

June 24 – A person reported they paid a fraudulent electric bill to an unknown subject identifying himself as a representative of the electric company at 6:25 p.m. in the 1600 block of Commonwealth Avenue.

June 24 – A person reported an unknown suspect(s) smashed the rear vent window of his vehicle, entered the vehicle, and ransacked it; nothing was stolen. The incident was reported at 9:01 a.m. in the 1700 block of North Cliff Street.  

June 23 – A person was arrested for drunk in public at 3:22 a.m. in the 3900 block of Mount Vernon Avenue.

June 23 – A person reported their identity had been stolen and used for fraudulent activity at 10:49 a.m. in the 0 block of West Glebe Road.
