'Remember the Titans' Outdoor Movie Wednesday Night in Alexandria

ALEXANDRIA, VA -- The Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities will host a free "Remember the Titans" Outdoor Family Movie Night Wednesday, July 27, from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. at George Washington Middle School Fields, 1005 Mt. Vernon Ave. (see map below).

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet and get autographs from members of the '71 Original TC Williams Titans team. Players from the Recreation Department Alexandria Titans Youth Football Program and the TC Williams High School football teams will also be on hand.

Prior to the movie, there will be a free football clinic for youth ages 7 and up from 6:30 - 7:30 pm. Families may bring their low lounge chairs and picnic baskets/blankets out to the field and enjoy a night under the stars together. Food and drinks will be for sale.
