T.J. Maxx To Open Relocated Store In Alexandria's Potomac Yard

T.J. Maxx, a discount retailer with brand name products, is reopening in a new Potomac Yard Center space.

ALEXANDRIA, VA — Shoppers will find discount brand name retailer T.J. Maxx at a new location at the Potomac Yard shopping center in Alexandria.

T.J. Maxx is opening its new store Thursday at 3875 Richmond Highway, Suite 3. It was previously located at 3451 Richmond Highway. Special opening day hours will be 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

"Our newest store in Alexandria will offer an ever-changing selection of high-quality, on-trend and brand-name merchandise at the amazing prices T.J.Maxx is known for," said Peter Benjamin, President of T.J.Maxx. "With a constant flow of new arrivals, we offer an exciting one-stop-shop that makes it easy for consumers to stay on-trend with styles they love and save big every single day."

The 30,300-square-foot store will feature a single line queue, spacious dressing rooms and daily hours from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. To celebrate the opening, T.J.Maxx will donate $10,000 to a local charity of the store's choice and will join other locations for the Save the Children’s U.S. Programs fundraising campaign.

T.J. Maxx has over 1,200 stores in 49 states and Puerto Rico. Shoppers can find a rotating selection of discounted brand name and designer products ranging from clothes, accessories and jewelry to home, beauty and more. The parent company of T.J. Maxx also owns Marshalls, HomeGoods, Sierra, Homesense, and Winners.
