7-Eleven Robbers Busted In Fairfax City: Police
Two people have been arrested for their roles in the armed robbery of a 7-Eleven in Fairfax, according to Fairfax City Police.
FAIRFAX, VA—Two people have been arrested for their roles in the armed robbery of a 7-Eleven April 30 at 3910 University Drive, according to Fairfax City Police. Patrick Michael Smotherman, 27, of no fixed address, was charged May 1 with robbery and using or displaying a firearm in the commission of a felony. Kellie Ann Miller, 42, of no fixed address, was charged with one count of robbery.
Around 4 a.m., an unknown man entered the store and whipped out a gun. After taking an undisclosed amount of money and tobacco products, he fled on foot toward the rear of the business. No injuries were reported.
